Our New Reservations Protocol
Thank you for your continuous support during COVID -19.
We were happy to see so many guests dine with us this past summer and fall as we provided safe spaces both indoors and outdoors. We are excited to safely serve you this winter.
We want to update our guests with the new COVID regulations.
Pitkin County is now in the "Orange Plus" level. This means that all indoor dining must be at 25% capacity.
Table sizes must be 8 people or less and 6 feet apart. Guests must wear masks when not at their table and when ordering, temperatures must be taken at the door and dining establishments must close at 10 pm with alcohol sales stopping at 9:30 pm. Accordingly, we have devised a new reservations protocol to help our customers continue enjoying L'Hostaria during these unusual times.
WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING TWO SEATINGS:
FIRST SEATING: BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 5:30 PM AND 7:30 PM
SECOND SEATING: 7:30 PM TO CLOSE
We are taking requests for winter 2020/2021. Please call or email us and let us know the date, time, group size. Bar area is first come, first served. We are currently taking reservations for the dining room.
We will confirm your reservation within 24 hours. Please understand that a request for a reservation is not confirmed until we call you back.
We will have a strict cancellation policy of $50 per person if canceled less than 24 hours in advance. We will ask for credit card information when calling to confirm your reservation.
Unfortunately, guests cannot choose their tables upon arrival as we have carefully planned all of our reservations to work within our limited capacity and time restraints.
If you choose to make multiple bookings to create a group larger than 8, please note that they will be treated as separate groups and tables may not be near each other.
We will continue to welcome walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.
Lastly, we ask that you please make your server aware of any food allergies upon arrival. We appreciate your understanding.
